Makeup & Cancellation Policy
Private Lessons:
Private Lesson Cancellation Policy: A 24-hour cancellation notice is required. If the notice is less than 24 hours but we can fill your spot with someone on our wait list, you will not be charged. If however, we are not able to fill your lesson slot, you will be charged for a full private lesson. Please email privates@projectperformer AND your instructor (name@projectperformer.com) to notify of absence. You can also reschedule/cancel lessons on the Acuity app if the lesson is within the reasonable timeframe of 24 hours before (or more).
Group Classes:
Dropping classes: We require a 14-day written cancellation notice via email to drop a class and discontinue tuition payments. If a class is dropped less than 2 weeks in advance, tuition will be charged in full for the following month. No Exceptions!
Make-Up Classes: Students are allowed a make-up class within the existing month and only if there is availability in the class they choose as a make-up class. Make up classes are not offered for Studio breaks or Holidays. Absence due to illness or emergency, a make-up class may be scheduled within 4 weeks of the absence. Make-Up classes are of the same level unless approved to try a higher level. If a student decides to take on another hobby, sport and activity during a period when they have their regular classes, make ups cannot be honored for long periods as attendance and consistency in class is crucial to the child's growth, development and overall experience. You must sign in for a make-up class by email info@projectperformer.com.
